What WIINS OT does

WIINS OT supports operating-theatre schedules, case preparation, perioperative documentation, equipment and surgical count records, operative milestones, follow-up information and approved registry or research workflows.

It is a clinical workplace tool, not a patient-facing portal or a substitute for institutional clinical and safety procedures.

Who can use it

Signing in with Google establishes a user identity. Access to clinical information is granted separately through an active WIINS institutional membership and assigned roles. A Google account alone does not provide permission to view patient records.

Data and privacy

WIINS OT can contain identifiable clinical information. Its authorised users must comply with hospital data protection, confidentiality, documentation and research governance requirements. Please read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
